Planning a bar or bat mitzvah is a lot to take on! Fortunately, you don’t have to carry the load when you book with [AV]. Our expert production team will support you every step of the way, from customizing menus to creating the perfect audiovisual experience for guests. We are happy to work with outside planners, so don’t be shy about introducing us to your event team. We’ve worked with countless families to ensure their big milestone celebrations are everything they imagined and more.

As an event planner we are always looking for a venue that has a great space, extraordinary staff, amazing food, and fantastic effects. We do not always find these locations and there are not that many that even exist in Southern California. We are used to full build outs and bringing in a full team and that's just not needed here. AV Irvine has it all and makes our job so much easier...phenomenal is an understatement. AV staff combined with 24 Carrots (our favorite caterer) is a golden duo and will definitely check off all the boxes for all clients. Thank you to your wonderful staff for always taking care of me, my staff, and my clients. We have always received undivided attention and have always felt as though our event is their only event.
