What is required to formally book a date at [AV] Irvine?

We require a signed venue agreement and a non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of your venue agreement to secure a date. Additionally, you must confirm your catering agreement with our exclusive caterer, 24 Carrots Catering within 30-days of your venue booking.

Note: *December Holidays are subject to increased venue fees. F&B minimums for catering is required on all holiday weekends 

Are linens included?

Linens are not included.  Please coordinate with 24 Carrots Catering for rental options.

When are the rest of my payments due?

The final balance of your venue agreement is due 10-days before your event date.

How many hours are included in our package?

Up to 12 hours. We allow vendors to arrive 3 hours prior to event start time, up to 6 hours event time, and up to 2 hours for a breakdown. Additional hours are available for an additional cost. 

Hours of availability are Sunday – Thursday: 7 AM – 11PM and Friday & Saturday:  7 AM – 1 AM.

When is my final guest count due?

Your final guest count is due 10 days before your event.

Where can my guests park?

Complimentary on-site parking spaces availability below:

Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, 60 parking spaces

 Monday – Friday after 6:30 PM, 140 parking spaces

Saturday – Sunday all day, 140 parking spaces

Valet parking required for events that anticipate more vehicles (additional fee)

Complimentary on-site parking is available for 140 vehicles. [AV] offers valet parking services for larger groups.

Does [AV] allow outside alcohol?

No. [AV]’s liquor license does not permit outside liquor to be consumed on the premises. Please speak with your sales representative if you have a specific bar request.

Can bottles of alcohol be placed on tables?

Bottles of wine or champagne are permissible on tables for guest consumption. Liquor bottles, such as vodka, tequila, and Cognac are not permitted on tables for guest consumption. Talk to your sales representative to review a special request.

Can I supply my own equipment rentals?

In most cases, yes. Please inform your sales representative in advance and refer to our vendor guidelines.

How much power is available for my event?

Total Amps available on-site 100+ Amp, 3 phase Power/Access restrictions

Does [AV] provide security?

We provide a door host to monitor the entrance. Please inform your sales representative in advance if you have security concerns for your gathering.
